  Item was exactly as described. Packed well. Shipped day after purchased so received quickly. I used to buy this item from Sally Beauty before it (this particular wattage) was discontinued so I can definitely say that the total cost was reasonable--as in what I would have paid in the store. I did think shipping cost was a bit high but seller lowered item cost so in the end, I was happy w/what I paid.
