  This is an idiot. Ships the item with no tracking and then on the last day of the shipping window he sends a message saying the shipper lost the item. Really? Nothing but a game player holding your money as long as possible before having tor refund it. Typical of these scam artists that Ebay is full of that have nothing to sell, just list things, keep your money and avoid all Ebay fees. AVOID THIS ONE !

  From outward appearance, it seems like xoom.buy is a person masquerading as a company. My experience was terrible. They took 6 days before finally shipping. I WAS SHIPPED THE WRONG COMPUTER. (packaged poorly, mind). I contacted them immediately. They talked a bunch of gibberish. They refused to follow-up. I upgraded the computer (to be able to do what the advertised one could do) while I was waiting for them. By the time they finally answered for their nonsense, it was 20 DAYS later.

  I paid Aug 22 and seller didnt provide me tracking till I start ask him why he dont provide it. Start shipping on Aug 27. when I bought tank shows like: Arrives Aug 26, 2025 - Aug 30, 2025 now shows delivery Sep 4. disgusting service, DONT BUY FROM THAT DROPSHIPPER

  Never got the item. I paid for it but and I got a tracking number but then they contacted me about having shipping delays. Instead of letting me decide whether I wanted a refund or wanted to wait for the item they just automatically refunded. I’ve been looking everywhere for this gnome for my husbands birthday and the moment I find it, it doesn’t go as planned. It was disappointing. But the seller want rude about it.

  Absolute liars, purchased and paid for product. Seller states it was lost in the mail and tracking was not even available. Was refunded $16 less than I paid they state they couldn’t send another one out because it was the last one, but I’m still selling one on eBay. Don’t trust them
