  Ordered, paid for an 18 volt battery powered ratchet. When I received it it was 12 volt. Texted seller with that info. They said most ratchets were 18 volt but that theirs was only 12 volt. All paperwork from them called for 18 volt. They offered a 5.00 d dollar credit for the inconvenience. I said keep it. I strongly reccomed that no one get s canned by this seller. If they are selling 12 volt why lie and call it 18. I will never buy from them again. Bad lying company.

  Item arrived in fast time. Had an issue with how this was going to work where I was going to install it. I worked it out with the seller and we came to a mutual agreement. I thank him for his quick response and am satisfied with our resolution. Great seller and easy to work with.
