  I contacted the seller because the wrong item was shipped to me. The seller has excellent communication. The problem was the warehouse made a mistake in shipping the wrong product although the product I received is somewhat similar, but not a flexible shaft like what I need the seller did express Concern and offered a partial refund as a token of good faith and trust.
