  Seller was notified that my parcel had been lost - their communication with me re: this and organising a refund was excellent. Very fast responses, refund was processed quickly, communication was very polite and apologetic.

  Worst ebay experience. The seller don't awnser the question (looks like he does not understand English). The tracking was by far the most incomplete without regular updates. First time my item was not delivered to my door but left at the post office in the neighboring town 40km away from where I stay. The packet it came in was damaged. The item self already has scratches on was dusty and is not turning as smoothly as expected. Definitely worst ebay experience by far!!!

  They sent wrong screen took me weeks of sending msgs til they finaly agreed with me n then got me to pay for the postage to send back the product!!!, theyve still not sent the reimbursement for postage n it's been 3 months now!! But after the 100s of msgs I left just to get a refund was that stressful ive given up on the postage refund! Terrible will never buy from this seller ever again!!!!
