  The quality of this product is terrific, made of a sturdy translucent plastic. Alas, I have not seen if it is fluorescent as of yet. Packaging was terrific and arrived in terrific Condition thanks to the thick packing envelope. For the value, these are amazing, as I was unaware that Wings of Light add on kits even existed in this color. The appearance is exactly as shown but does not even begin to do it justice. Thanks for an amazing product and transaction!
