  I am going to share with you the correspondence regarding my return request for this item, I feel it will greatly help others. You can see he states that they are cheap and refurbished, which is not mentioned in the listing at all, it only says "opened box". The package arrived in brand new sealed condition, but did not work well, so we are pretty sure these are not authentic Apple. When I asked for a refund, it took 3 correspondences (see screenshots) to get my FULL refund.

  It came as shown. Shipping was fast, it was very affordable and beyond amazing for its price. They work fantastically and are worth every penny. It looked brand new, came in an unopened box with the plastic wrap around it and plastic around the AirPods themselves. It was just as easy to connect as it was to get them out of the box. 10/10 recommend!
