  It looks as if the USPS sent it on a side trip. I was about to contact you today, but tracking today showed it out for delivery. I got the package--- and your email about it--- within minutes of each other. It looks good to me, and I think it was a good price. Brand new, and looks sturdy enough. I am giving you 5 stars for the shipping as I consider the delay (originally scheduled July 12 and arrived July 29) due to USPS and not to you.

  The laser engraver received was packaged properly and was received in excellent condition. The item appears to be new and is of excellent quality offering value for money. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone. The seller has offered to assist during the setup phase and offer me with any assistance required should I come up on any challenges.   I ordered a s10 laser waited 4 days for laser to ship and nothing. I canceled the order. The seller rejected it and send it any ways.The box was broken when I got it. Looks like someone threw it off a 5th floor . I tell the seller what happened he makes me pay for the shipping to return the broken box. He gets the box doesn't want to return my money back. Thanks to ebay I got my money back. Please do not waste your time on this seller there are better sellers with the same laser.

  Seller has sent the wrong item, had very difficult time working with the seller in getting the item replaced and I had to get eBay involved in the case. I purchased the R1 Pro combo and have received the R1 chuck. Please be advised when using this seller since it seems like he is drop shipping from external vendors and does not keep its own inventory.
