  My experience with the seller was positive; they definitely communicated quickly. However, I do have some grievances about what I ordered. Based on the pictures, schematics, and the pictures of the items shown to come with it, the pipes between all of the buckets all look to be PVC, but what I received were small rubber hoses instead. I ordered this expecting PVC (or at the very least larger hoses), as that would allow better circulation and prevent clogging from roots.

  I like the item. The price was reasonable for an item located in the US. The item was as described. Communication and tracking were good... EXCEPT that the article wasn't actually shipped until a week after creating a tracking number.
