They were patient were me through the return and provided Estimates to the best of their knowledge. Product was in really great shape and packaged properly. There was no room for movement inside the actual box of the product so it arrived nice and new.

It took 7 days of correspondence before they understood the problem and came up with a solution, which was sending me the proper "key". I think my explanation of the problem was clear enough, perhaps they didn't believe me. The new key fit fine and the product quality is quite good.

But the shipping problem isn’t the seller fault! It’s USPS !!! Items did eventually arrive and in excellent condition. Only thing is that the TPMS sensor are not dated when they were made! But the seller told me they were manufactured 9/24. Haven’t installed them yet! So can’t give a review on how they work yet.
