  Perfect quality describe as it good package around the lug nuts the box was very thin needs a better outside cardboard box the price was very great compared to advance oreilly napa or autozone the condition was perfect they appear to be good quality !   I did end up order the wrong seat type for the lugnuts so had to return them. They were patient were me through the return and provided Estimates to the best of their knowledge. Product was in really great shape and packaged properly. There was no room for movement inside the actual box of the product so it arrived nice and new.

  They initially sent me the wrong "key" (socket) for the Lug Nut Lock Set. It took 7 days of correspondence before they understood the problem and came up with a solution, which was sending me the proper "key". I think my explanation of the problem was clear enough, perhaps they didn't believe me. The new key fit fine and the product quality is quite good.
