  I ordered three 20TB USB drives but received three 50GB drives instead. The seller never responded to my messages, did not offer a refund, and failed to provide a return shipping label. I had to escalate the issue to eBay for resolution. These drives were meant for my clients, and due to this mishap, I lost both valuable clients and a significant amount of time—far more costly than the price of this transaction. This was by far my worst experience on eBay. Extremely disappointed. FFF+++

  I waited over 3 months for my purchase, the seller did not use tracking so there was no way to even know if it was on its way. I canceled the order and requested my payment back. I was assured via email after contacting I would receive my credit within 72 hours and I have gotten nothing. I have contacted once again but don't hold out much hope that this person is nothing but a scam artist. Do not trust!!!

  The item was a completely different item to what I ordered - what I received wasn’t even on the listing as an option. It also arrived poorly packaged, folded and crunched up and very poor condition. All the seller could offer was a 55% refund or me to send the item back for a full refund. All I wanted was the correct item but they kept ignoring that. Sending it back would cost more that the item itself, so after a lot of discussion , I’ve ordered from elsewhere instead.
