The orders that you placed have been for the wrong type of lanyard print which has been explained to you. You always order vinyl cut print which does not allow small text. But your previous orders have been for an higher quantity so we have given you a free upgrade previously. This time because you only ordered 3 then you were asked to pay the £8.34 upgrade cost. We cannot loose money because you continue to order the wrong product. No money chasing going
