  Item was an open box sent with missing pieces unlike the description stated. Seller didn't check before shipping out the package then tried to act like it wasn't their fault when clearly it was... After reading reviews I'm not the only one they've done this to unfortunately. Still waiting on a refund, I returned item to them it's been in their hands for 3 days now and still no refund. Very poor customer service on an item that's the seller's fault....

  Hi and thank you for your feedback. This item was new without any issues and you wanted us to partially refund you without the need to ship the item back. We kindly explained to you to send it back and once we RECEIVE it we will refund you as all our returns are handled by eBay as we offer free returns on all our products. Then you wanted us to refund you BEFORE we got the item back. Bad business from this buyer, I would avoid any further purchases from him. Thanks

  Horrible experience with vendor! Tank arrived completely shattered in a cardboard box with minimal padding to protect the ceramic tank. After emailing the vendor and sending photographs of the broken tank I did never hear back. Finally lodged a complaint either eBay. Was given the runaround and had to call my credit card company to file a complaint. eBay closed the case because I filed a complaint through my credit Vendor sends a letter stating that the tank arrived in pristine condition…
