It arrived in excellent condition. I did have to phone the company with regard to the tracking reference as they failed to reply to my eBay messages. It’s NOT the ‘N’ version so does not include the narrow head as shown in the advert. Requested a partial refund and had no response to request. Not good communication. Ended up buying the narrow head at extra cost (£22). I’d look elsewhere as there are cheaper & more reliable sellers out there.
