There was in issue with the hood from shipping damage, it was repairable. After making them aware they advised me to seek an estimate to get it repaired then issued a partial refund to get the repairs done. Its unfortunate that it happened but they communicated and helped to makes things right, I would buy from them again.

Only with the double-sided insert does NOT remain, it is recommended to be installed by a professional, who had to pierce and thread the ends of the spoiler to make sure that it was adjacent to the trunk and that it did not remain raised.
