  The binoculars are in excellent condition (cosmetically, mechanically, and optically) and are just as described. They were shipped promptly and arrived very quickly, especially considering that I live in a rural area in southern Ontario, Canada. The shipping costs were very reasonable as well, this being for Fedex Express. Finally, the binoculars were very securely packaged. Given all of the above, I highly recommend this seller.

  This occurred around the Memorial Day weekend, so it wasn't an ideal time to deal with this mistake (on my part, not the seller), but I did write the seller and explained that I had mistakenly purchased this lens thinking it had image stabilization. They responded quickly and within a day sent me a shipping label to send the lens back. Customer service doesn't get better than this.

  Great service & Securely packed for delivery. The delivery time was great 4 days from order time Japan to Sydney Australia. Seems to work perfectly with great image through the view finder. Yet to take photos.
