  I’m leaving a positive review because I don’t wanna bash the seller. I will start off by saying ultimately the product did not work as intended, and the quality was not very good. But I worked with the seller and they agreed to return the item. I also contacted eBay about the situation and provided photos and eBay agreed to pay for the shipping back, which it’s a little weird that I had to make that argument, but whatever. The piece was not good, but the seller did right.

  These people are on the ball. I had to cancel this order because I used a po box. They're good communicators, really happy about the situation. They promptly refunded my money. I gave them a good (different) address and reordered the product.

  Muffler box arrived damaged. Parts missing. Noticed box was opened and retaped. Was not new inbox. Ask for partial refund that cost me on parts and all I got was aggravation from company. As usual a company does not want to be responsible for what they sell and guarantee customer service. If I was to ship back to company would have cost me 1/2 of what the muffler cost. They got you by the balls and they know that.

  Sorry, we do staple and tape over our box. The customer said the box was delivered with a small tear but there were no damages to the parts. We apologize and informed him to let us know if there were any issues. He later said the item was missing parts. We requested images of the parts received so we can requested replacements, but he refused? He then said its missing bolts and then demanded a 65% refund.. We could not honor that, so we asked him to return it for a full refund + shipping.

  IN THE DESCRIPTION OF ITEM SELLER STATES THAT PIPE WILL COME WITH ALL CLAMPS HANGERS, BLAH BLAH BLAH...FYI SELLER IS FULL OF POO POO ( wouldnt let me use the S word) IT COMES WITH NOTHING BUT THE PIPE , AND DONT EVEN TRY AND MESSAGE THEM ,THERE NOT TAKING CALLS AT THE MOMENT APPARENTLY, oh but it is good quality!
