  Never reveived item after a month at no fault to seller. Seller did their best to resolve issue. Canadian postal service is terrible. Was apparrently at a regional postal terminal near me but could not find out where it was. No tracking number was ever assigned! Was dissapointed when item never arrived.

  The item and packaging were perfect, very secure and well done. However, the shipping process could definitely be improved. I understand that delays are sometimes out of the seller's control, but I honestly thought the package was lost at one point. Communication with the seller and the postal service also had some gaps. On the positive side, the seller was friendly, and despite the misunderstandings, everything worked out in the end. Overall, a good experience.
