Major issue was communication and shipping delays. Contacted multiple times about status and received no reply for a full two weeks only to be told my order would be fulfilled after Chinese New Year (which it and Spring Festival had already ended 3 days previous). It was another full week for the item to be shipped. In total, 21 days for item to be shipped.

If ever there has been a problem with the submitted design they communicate with me immediately and work with me to resolve any issues. I recommend this company to any vexillologist whether experienced or new to the hobby. 100%
