  Quality of product far exceed my expectations. The weight of the clicker, when compared to my old one made the difference I believe condition is brand new. Good value considering the fact it’s made of premium quality. Appearance of item was exactly as described. Although, item was delayed during shipping which was frustrating the seller offered a generous partial refund even though shipping is out of their control. Recommend seller and I will purchase from seller again in future.

  Great items and service,,but confusion upon ordering as to whether you were getting one red and one green as in the picture or just one red if specified by you.So I made two orders to be safe one red and one green and paid both.It turned out OK as both red and green were sent in the same package so I could replace both switches as required.Thanks Workshop Mate...
