  Upgraded to Tracked24 which was missed by the seller and I had to contact them to be duly refunded the extra postage cost. Worse still, the listing advertised free shipping with Tracked48 but in fact they sent this by plain second class post (ie a cheaper, often slower service without tracking at all). They do not seem to see this as a problem when I chose their listing specifically because I wanted a tracked service in the first place, so I've had to open a case with eBay support. Poor service.
