Seller told me they would refund me and then I needed to re-order the item. I did that, and it shipped quickly. Weeks later I received the product AGAIN on the original refunded order and this seller is confused about why this is not a good experience. And of course they demanded I return the second cable with no shipping label provided. I'm being nice by leaving neutral feedback.
