  This is a very good quality carbon front lip for the 86, the exact same one sold by many of the sellers on ebay and other 86 parts sites (I've bought several of them already). However, this seller has a great price and replies very quickly and clearly to questions. My part shipped from Taiwan (I was expecting Santa Ana from the auction) but it still got here within a few days of the estimated delivery and without any damage, so overall I am very satisfied and highly recommend this seller.

  Extremely good quality, brand new arrived as described. It was a little on the pricier side but it’s guaranteed. Even though it’s listed as coming out of CA it really is shipped from Taiwan, that being said the shipping was extremely quick nonetheless. Looks great

  I purchased this part, and changed my mind and paid to have it shipped back to them, the item was sent back to me from FedEx as unable to deliver, i contacted them and they said i shipped to wrong address i sent a pic of the address they sent me and the address was correct. I have tried for almost a week now to get this matter resolved and i am still getting the run around from them, i am contacting my bank tomorrow to see if i can put a stop payment on this purchase, buyer beware!!

  Buyer started a return case using our return label without contacting us however buyer did not send it back to our designated California warehouse, buyer put send to address as his own, to return it back to himself, still demanding full refund while keeping the item. Our CS team made every effort to assist the buyer including offering new return label to return the item for full refund. Unfortunately, buyer ceased all communication, left negative feedback and closed their own account. Beware!!!!

  Item is listed with location showing California which is the only reason I purchased from this seller but as it turns out it is actually located in Taiwan. Item shipped but either seller didn’t send FedEx all paperwork or something because once the package finally reached the US FedEx held it in clearance delay/import customs. I personally had to send paperwork in and eventually they released my package. If the item was located in the US like the seller advertises that wouldn’t have been an issu

  When item is sold out in our California warehouse, we lose money by paying extra with the fastest expedited air freight directly from our factory in Taiwan. Again, the buyer did NOT reach out to us. We contacted FedEx there's no problem with the package, If there's any issue with the shipment our Customer Service agent can contact FedEx and sort out any possible issues. We tried to reach out to the buyer, he then did not reply and just left us an unethical negative feedback. SELLERS BEWARE!!!!!!

  These guys are a scammers, sent me a broken product and blamed it on the shipping company and wanted photos of the box when there was no damages or tear on the box. Did I also mention that they didn’t even put any labels on the box where they could have put “fragile handle with care”. Nothing. After all the stress and back forth they made me send it back without even offering me that they could send me a replacement or apologizing for the inconvenience. Would not buy their cheap product.

  Once contacted by the buyer, we started RMA protocol to confirm with video recording to make sure the item was brand new before packaging and shipping, since the photo provided by the buyer showed a damaged item, we then provided return label for the item to ship back our US warehouse for inspection, once approved, the buyer received a full refund. At the end this transaction, we lost the item, paid for both shipping and buyer got a full refund, scammers sounds like a harsh word against us.
