  Ordered 3 dolls, but shipping carrier was a dud and two of the three came crushed. Seller was wonderful and helped me with obtaining refunds. I have bought from them before with no problems, so I would still totally recommend them. They are super polite, helpful, and offer great prices.

  Outstanding seller! My initial mailing didn't contain the correct packaging for the figurine I ordered. I notified the seller and she immediately remedied the situation. She located the correct figurine & packaging and sent it to me the same day at no additional shipping cost. She also said I could keep the original figurine & packaging shipped to me at no additional cost. I'm very impressed by her generosity as well as her willingness to resolve the problem quickly. Great customer service!
