It arrived faster than expected in perfect condition in a bubble-insulated package. Communications with the seller answered all my questions. Seller provided one capacitor I needed which was not in the standard kit, at no additional cost in a separate shipment. You cannot find a better seller on eBay. Witonics is class A+.

The seller provided a tracking number for shipment two. The capacitors were wrapped in two plastic pouches. The capacitor's Cs, Tolerance, D, Freq, Q, ESR, and Φ at 120Hz were within specifications. Christian Z offered to replace any missing capacitors for free and provided technical advice. This was an outstanding purchasing experience.

The chips were in foam inside a sealed bag. I've already tested them both and they work great and were in as near factory condition as they could be. These chips aren't being made anymore and I was extremely surprised to find them at these prices. This was a great transaction and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Witonics!
