  Received the model today. Discovered that the model was missing a number of major parts and several sprues plus the photo etched fret. Sellers were appalled and issued me a substantial refund. This seller understands INTEGRITY and HONESTY. Seller turned a lemon into lemonade. That's customer service, ladies and gentlemen! If you are looking for an outstanding seller, look no further.   Awesome shopping experience, A+++. The seller is very approachable and knowledgeable. He is willing to work with you on bigger orders. The communication was great. Items arrived as described and fast. But I admit that some of the shipping cost is out of my comfort zone but that also depends on the cost of the item. We just have to find the balance ourselves. Overall, excellent experience.

  I bought a total of 9 vintage Macross model kits that were approximately 40 years old each, and they were all in brand new condition (internal contents still sealed and chipboard boxes in excellent condition). I was absolutely amazed! I appreciated how the sets were also carefully packaged and quickly shipped. On top of that, the price of everything was extremely reasonable if not a true bargain. The seller was very prompt answering a few questions I had. A great seller I highly recommend!

  The item was exactly as described. Not only was it priced well to begin with, but the seller gave an even better offer. The set was packaged very well also. Not only were the item boxes protected, but the original shipper was padded and boxed nicely as well- which I greatly appreciated, since box condition is important in collecting trains. Thank you!
