COLD DOG! No response from seller. I ordered this for my cold dog! The seller has more than 10 to sell but can’t send one?! I ordered on Jan 29 and now it is Feb 21. (listed to be shipped in 1-7days, lol) There is nothing positive about this transaction. Will try to contact eBay for a refund, there is no option for that on this listing🙁

I have so much respect for this seller. The item came with a couple of defects that hadn't been noticed, they were not only extremely apologetic but quickly offered to reimburse me for the cost of replacement parts. In the end they paid back more than I paid for the replacements. Such an unusual pleasure to deal with merchants like this.
