  Shipping was quick, laptop was secured well in bubble wrap and packing paper in the box. Everything was intact and the specifications were as stated in the product description. Wonderful communication from the seller when I had questions. Absolutely wonderful value for the laptop.

  I expressed my need for the controller by christmas and he shipped it so fast it came 2 days early… I didn’t hardly expect such a great experience. Also replying to my question about it within the same day with a helpful answer was another positive. If i’m going to nitpick, the box was quite tattered but that’s to be expected coming off the shelf sort of… anyway, this guy is great

  MacBook arrived damaged and the wrong color. Item was listed as silver but arrived as space grey. The laptop was sliding around in the shipping box with the corner that was ultimately damaged left exposed. It took a week to get a mutually agreed upon refund with replies taking over a day. The whole thing could have been avoided with careful packaging. Partial refund received.

  Good price and the item arrived in the expected condition. I have reached to the seller twice before placing the order asking if they can provide any small discount, but never got the response. I'm totally cool if the discount is not granted, because the price was already sweet, but a little communication would make the transaction just go faster.
