  Controller was sent VERY QUICKLY. Also secured in a safe box. Arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described in listing. Most importantly the controller… was REAL! A legitimate Zelda Totk controller for a very decent price. Seller communication excellent as well they responded to me within 24 hours. Happy to purchase from them again and I give them the highest recommendation possible. Zero concerns with this seller everything was awesome. Thank you!!! 6 out of 5 stars.

  This was packaged perfectly and arrived quickly! Unfortunately the mailman had placed it in the wrong mailbox in our community. I reached out to the seller for a full package description, which is exactly how the mailman was able to recover it! My son is so happy!! Excellent seller and fantastic communication!!

  The monitor was listed as the DWF model but got the DW model. I brought this up to Leon upon delivery since I was really looking for the DWF model, not the DW model. Once he was aware of the issue, he immediately offered a full refund with a return or a partial refund with me keeping this monitor (to make up for the price difference). In reality, DW is much more expensive. I denied both options, and I am super satisfied because Leon wanted to make things right. EXTREMELY HAPPY!! AMAZING SERVICE!

  The wrong item was received, however the Ebay seller promptly acknowledge my email about the wrong item. They have one of the best return policies on Ebay. I printed out the return label with a tracking number and placed it in the mail. It was returned Priority Mail at no cost to me. You can't go wrong buying from this Ebay seller. A low rating for item description was given because I received a different item that what was ordered.

  The package arrived on time, the product is exactly as described on the page, the correct thing would have been to send the product protected by a box and not by a simple bubble wrap, these headphones are solid, but they could have been damaged during transport. We make a purchase and wait for a time of arrival, it would be very disappointing to have to make a claim for a broken product.

  The seller reached out to me quickly to let me know that when they went to check on the item, it wasn't in the condition it was advertised. They were proactive and honest in telling me about the mixup. They canceled the order and I received a full refund. I would for sure purchase from this seller again.
