  I never got my item and the seller was kind of rude and wouldn't reply back after the second email I just want a refund info I started a case with eBay and a seller still has not responded I would not purchase anything from the seller ever again and I hope no one else would buy from the seller very disappointed in the seller I was not recommend anybody to purchase anything from the seller

  This seller is deceiving buyers by posted the only picture of the product which I wanted- the plum color lipstick, I ordered 2 of them. But I received two items in bright red color. I am disappointed by the product I was expecting and not received. Imagine? Bright red color! Two of them.

  Overall, a smooth transaction and a good deal! This item was shipped as part of a combined order and arrived fairly quickly. My only criticism is that loose-box packaging was used to ship the items, so they did not arrive in the best (i.e. collector) condition. Maybe something to discuss with the seller prior to shipping if the arrival condition is important.
