  Well informed, prompt responses, item was shipped safely. Condition is good & well made. I think the cost is a little too high for this type of item, but is fairly durable. The item's appearance is just as pictured.   Great product. Every works out of the box. Packaging could be better, but the item was not damaged. Shipped out of east Coast, so had to wait a bit to get to West Coast. Overall good experience.
