    The shipping cost is beyond the card cost. It's a card, an envelope, a top loader , and a stamp. The seller is fluffing the ship cost. $4.16 plus another 10% tax on top of the that inflated shipping and pretending that is his cost, is baloney. Ebay should not be taxing shipping cost. That is baloney too.

    Hi, I’m very sorry you feel this way. It is a problem with eBay. I can’t just use a stamp. To keep my top rated status it has to be a tracked package which makes me buy a label. Which costs a lot.
