  My wife really likes this scent… seems to be discontinued in stores… this seller was excellent… prompt response and product was shipped out immediately… Packaging was great… it was exactly what I ordered… and being that it is a product that is difficult to find in stores… the value was reasonable…

  You sent me a 4 oz bottle I paid for a 40 oz bottle you owe me 36 more ounces or I want a refund cuz I am very highly pissed off right now not very happy with you guys not at all bad communication everything sucks you better make sure next time that you send the right thing cuz you did not send the right thing or your workers or whoever is shipping it needs to be shipped right and the right bottle in the right ounces and I'd appreciate 36 more ounces or a refund I hope you understand cuz I'm not

  You didn't really think you were getting 40Oz for $10.95, did you? Besides, as the listing clearly shows it's NOT 40Oz it's 4Oz. I did not make the mistake. Even if you thought it was a four and a zero what would the z stand for? The picture shows that it's FOUR ounces. Under item specifics it says it's 4 fl oz. You have my sincerest apologies for using a capitalized Oz instead of oz, or for failing to use a space between the four and the O, but be reasonable...FORTY ounces for $10.95? Nope!

  The seller was showed excellent customer satisfaction! When I received a completely damaged item (destroyed by Post Office during delivery- not by ANYTHING the seller did)- and notifies her, she was very responsive and did not hesitate to send me a replacement at her expense.. Cannot ask for more than that from a seller as far as keeping a customer happy! I would definitely from her again! The Post Office should be completely ashamed of the paid service they provide customers...
