Seller was fantastic--the "request combined shipping" option was disabled at checkout, due to another discount, and the seller noticed immediately, refunded part of the shipping fee, and sent me a nice message.   The hand-puppet arrived today... in mint condition! And you packaged it beautifully - case in point. The package was left out front - and it poured rain before I got home to retrieve it. But you cleverly put the puppet in a sealed plastic bag - along with the padding materials. So zero damage! Thank you so very much!!

  I haven't ordered anything from eBay in a long long time, after a very bad costly experience. I'm mainly an Amazon and Walmart. com person now, so was a bit weary ordering this.
