A case was opened by ebay but I don’t know whether they had any response. Eventually I asked for a refund which I have now received. I chose this seller because of their rating which proved to be sadly lacking in this case. This is the first time I’ve ever had a problem with an ebay seller. Very disappointing & therefore lack of any stars for the ratings

Item had 33 parts missing parts when it arrived, and what was still there was scattered around my porch in what little packaging was left. I attempted to contact seller but got no response whatsoever. Over a month later, I still haven't heard anything back. I do not recommend buying from this seller.
