  This bottle would have made a beautiful addition to my collection but unfortunately it arrived broken even though it was wrapped 5 times over, but I think the weight of the water was still too much. In hindsight I think I would have told the seller to get rid of the water and ship the bottle empty. I give high praise to the seller for promptly initiating a refund. very trustworthy seller, awesome service, great value and prompt shipping. Item was as described in add. Really beautiful bottle.

  Well the inital batch was held by FedX over the weekend rather than being delived on time. Of course thanks to FedX all of them were DOA. I reached out about it and a second order was sent without question. That is customer service at its best. I will not hesitate to order from him again.

  First batch arrived dead unfortunately but seller was highly responsive and shipped out a replacement very quickly. Very nice communication too. Overall great experience & would purchase from them again.

  Shipping was quick. Packaged nicely. Purse was just as described. It was a fair value. I like the style so for me it was worth it. I does have a slight odor, could be some sort of potpourri . I’m very sensitive to smells so I really notice it. Hoping it fades away with the use of febreeze. I happy I ordered it and would recommend the seller.
