  Item was ordered and paid for not knowing it was going in back order. I chose to wait however I will say the service and communication was brilliant. The item arrived on the date I was told, item received 3 days later. The communication was very professional and i am so happy with the product, in fact far better than I expected to be honest.   I have not received a refund or any information on getting one the sender has stopped contact haven't received anything since the other night as I had ordered a roof rack that was up saying in stock but id have to wait till august before i see stock again so I said I would like a refund as I wasn't waiting around for him to send a second one ad I did not hear anything back so I ordered a new one and asked for a refund and still have not heard back disappointed as I seen all these good reviews

  Initial postage was delayed but after it was posted it arrived the next day. Communication was good the whole time. Very happy with the product and would recommend. Good quality and value for money

  Worst seller experience in my 7 years on eBay. This seller should be banned! I bought the canopy on August 21st; today is the 27th, the day it was supposed to be delivered. But it hasn't been shipped. I bought the G3 model, and they wanted to send the G2, saying it wasn't in stock, but they had 10 available when I bought it. Terrible communication: it takes two days to respond to messages, and when they do, it's 12:00 a.m. They won't cancel my order. I'll have to contact eBay directly.

  the item was described at purchase as in stock, for delivery in few days. But once ordered, was on back order. within a day or so, I was given an Australia Post tracking number that was false. I have contacted the Supplier and advised I agree to wait until mid August for his backorder delivery to decide if I want a refund Linbo
