  The product arrived on time. But when I viewed the product, its appearance was off. I contacted the seller about my concern. He assured me it was as advertised and also offered a refund. After a few days, the product’s appearance returned to a familiar state. It arrive on a day that was at or below freezing. So apparently the temp had caused some temporary reaction. I informed the seller and thanked him for great customer service. Product arrived in good condition and was a good value.

  Edited Review: after leaving my original feedback, the seller reached out and offered a full refund. Take from this what you will. Item (tabletop game) was listed as new, box blemished. The box was indeed blemished, but that wasn’t the problem. The problem was that it had clearly been handled before and pieces were missing, thus rendering the game unplayable. I reached out to the seller, they never replied.
