  Although the package arrived on time, the base was attached to the cardboard packing material and ripped right off the bottom of the building. I had tried to negotiate the price because I am a senior citizen on a limited income, but the seller was not interested in any negotiation, even though the "offer" option was in the posting. Probably because of that, I will not buy from this seller anymore. There are many other sellers who engage in a reasonable negotiation of price.

  Hi , I'm sorry your not happy with your purchase of the one of a kind bespoke building, This review is the first indication that any damage had occurred to the item and for that matter any previous contact. If you repackage the building ( and returned in good condition) we will be pleased to provide a full refund .Please contact me through Ebay on your decision.
