  Packaging was way over the top -- but I'm not complaining! A 4" stack of magazines was divided into three packs, each individually protected with bubble wrap, then shipped in a box nearly 14 inches tall stuffed with gobs of crumpled paper. Talk about protecting the merchandise! Very helpful communication with the seller to get more information about the condition of these magazines -- which was very accurate. Even though the total was $150, this was very good value for the money. Thank you! A+!

  Expertly packed! I was nervous when I saw a torn, battered FedEx box, but the 3 lots of plates ( combined shipping ) were undamaged inside. Great paxking, affordable shipping, items as described, good seller communication Recommended

  Packaging & shipping were fine but one of the plates, Pimpernel, arrived with a chip out of the rim of the plate. The other three were fine. In the description on eBay, there was mention of “crazing” which I see and don’t mind, but I do mind a chip on the rim of the plate. Two of the three photos below show the chip, the other identifies the plate as “Pimpernel”.

  The china is in very good condition as advertised, the cost was reasonable, and it arrived intact, for which I thank the selelr. But shipping was problematic. I paid $74+ for priority email, and the order was delivered four days after it was promised. It was a high price to pay for late delivery. I understand some of the cost because the items were fragile, but mailing cost 25% of the original price of the order.

  Thank you so much for your feedback, we do appreciate it. We do regret that the shipping cost was high. You are correct in that a portion of that can be attributed to the extra packing materials needed when shipping fragile items. This does make for a heavier package, and consequently, a higher shipping cost. However, I will say that the package did leave our office on time (we have a one-day handling requirement with eBay) so the delivery delay itself rests with the carrier. Apologies. :-(

  Both the seller and I were wondering why the package was delayed until it finally arrived trashed by the post office. It seemed that the box came undone and it had to be replaced by the post office. However the jacket is in pristine condition just as described. Communication has been great with the seller while dealing with shipping issues. Thank you.
