  Ordered item March 29 with delivery between 4/2-7. By March 29 still had not received it. USPS tracking said it was still being processed. Contacted seller and was immediately sent a second cord, which arrived in a timely manner. Cord was very good quality, but did not work for me. Keeping it since it was quite inexpensive. Would buy from this seller again. Thanks!

  Unfortunately the soap box was never received. You couldn’t even follow the trackingfromUSPS. The seller was easy to work at and because it was over 2 weeks she refunded my payment. She was easy to work with. Thank you

  As described But I had a bad experience and I will take full responsibility for also I didn’t try and contact or report simply because of user error not seller or manufacturer so this is a warning of paying attention for the end user …..inspect all components dealing with electronics Now this is something that I may have had a bad cable connected to It melted on me and I smelled plastic so I immediately unplugged and tossed out But again it shipped fast and looked exactly like the pictures
