  This was bought as a replacement for my sons that fell off the tree & broke this passed Christmas season. When the ornament was delivered I received an empty box. Someone stole it out of the box before it arrived at my door! I contacted the seller & she helped me out immediately! She replaced my ornament & I received it very fast. Her customer service & communication was the best! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! My Spider-Man ornament was perfect as well & exactly as in picture!
