  Quality, condition, value and appearance are all negative from this seller. This is a food product and the packaging arrived torn open. When I contacted the seller (with a picture), they accused me of being mistaken! Furthermore, I asked them to make it right and that's when they went completely silent, be careful with this seller.   Seller lied and gave a fake no tracking shipping notice, and at the end of a week when item was supposed to be delivered it didn't arrive. The seller then entered the correct shipping info and I had to wait another week for item to arrive. Bad seller, will not use again!!!

  Very slow shipping - even lied about shipping when questioned - said it was shipped and it was UPS glitch in system when in fact, item had not yet been shipped. Be very cautious with this vendor. It’s almost 12 days after payment and item still not yet received.
