  As advertised! After ordering the mattress was delivered quickly in a well-packaged cardboard box. Inside the box the mattress was still in the plastic wrapper and appeared to be brand new. I saw no obvious defects, according to the manufacturing date on the label it was about 1.5 years old but it appeared to be in mint condition. Best bang for the buck around, saved $1000 off the full retail price!

  Seller shipped out the mattress swiftly and the freight delivery service was excellent. Slight mixup on the mattress that was delivered, but they were communicative and helpful in getting the return squared away. Overall a smooth process from beginning to end - much appreciated!
