  The box reads fragile, but it arrived with a hole in the middle, I haven't unpack it since I won't know how to tell if something is broken tll my mechanic check it out tomorrow Monday, the packaging is bad, they don't even wrapped the pieces to protect them, they just grabbed a medium sized box and then added part of another box at the end to make the product fit, no bubble wrapped no Styrofoam to protect it, nothing, so I hope it is not broken at all.

  Took too long, not because the seller, because Package was stuck in one of the security government office, I guess.. “your package is pending release from government Agency” what ever that was was holding the package, seller was communicating. Thank you

  Seller non-communicative and downright lied in the listing description. States "Made in USA" and a 5-8 business day turnaround for receiving the package. I am on 15 days and haven't received anything because the item was NOT made in the USA and is stuck in customs. The seller refused to answer my question about this and instead modified their listing description to remove the "Made in USA" advertisement and most other information about the product.

  Unfortunately, the mechanic told us that this part would NOT fit our car, despite the fact that the listing matched our vehicle. I returned the part, but the seller has not refunded the shipping charge I paid to send it back and the shipping charge paid when I purchased the part. The communication is difficult and SLOW. I have been waiting for 6 weeks to get this resolved. Fortunately, Ebay stepped in and refunded my purchase price. STILL NOT RESOLVED. Customer service needs improvement!
