  The seller canceled sale due to shipping not going to arrive in time. Very good seller, I was stuck out of state broken down and I needed a replacement part fast. Very helpful staff. If I was not in that situation I would have been able to wait the extra few days. Great staff. I would recommend them to anyone that needs trailer equipment.

  item shipping was a bit long, i was surprised it didn't ship from Pennsylvania like the seller description but from wisconsin? right product, looks about new. bolts were included, but was sent without the adapter piece to utilize the hidden tow hitch. seller responded to confirm which piece was missing when i messaged them about it, but has not responded in a few days. the lack of adapters for the 1 1/4" size makes it not worth the money especially now with missing parts.

  I had previously bought another hitch and the packaging was terrible. Was missing a bracket and all of the hardware. This was just the opposite. Packaging was great. Great product and everything I need to install! Very well done. The last picture was the sorry product I ordered the first time. Not so this time.

  Shipping was fast, packaging was good. More item description would have been helpful, as there were some unexpected purchases I needed to make, in order to complete the installation. The item is now installed and is working very well.
