Although the item I bought, of which they were a third party seller not a direct supplier, turned out to be faulty, the seller was in regular communication trying to resolve the issue. When there turned out to be no other solution the seller refunded the full amount paid. I could not expect any better service and would definitely deal with this seller on another occasion.

But that is a good thing as i am ordering for another shop here in town so it would have been troublesome if it did not work. So price was good and their contact and forward thinking saved our end some headaches so i thank them for that.
