  Item rec'd promptly and arrived ahead of schedule. Seller was a good communicator who answered my emails quickly. I was disappointed cups did not have lids but the seller clearly pointed out that fact in description. My only concern was that despite the free shipping the tower of cups were so tightly wrappped they were very difficult to open. Several cups were bent/torn as well after being crushed in its travel. Cups needed to be enclosed in a box but overall this was a positive experience.

  My order was just as described. There was a problem with the Postal Service loosing my order, but after contacting the seller, it was resent and I received it within a couple of days. Seller is very easy to work with. Thank You.

  As described at a good price. USPS dropped the ball on shipping (no fault of seller) and it sat stagnant for weeks locked up in a Distribution Center that appears to have gone on silent strike. Glad I didn't need it in a hurry and it finally arrived. I think I'm going to cool it for awhile on Ebay until they get this U.S. Postal Service BS sorted out.

  Item as described and it functions well for what I need it for. Shipping has been an issue with USPS in my area recently. Not the seller's fault at all. Packages have been stuck, lost, and even sent to the wrong local post office just to take 3 days to be sent to resort it again. Again, no fault to the seller here.

  Package was lost in the scuffle, due to Christmas shipping. Not the fault of the seller. Will try to buy again from seller. They were very responsive and caring due to postal service failures.
