Seller tracked my shipment and constantly updated me, although I could see the tracking myself, and also followed up to ensure I received it and that I was happy with the purchase.   The whole experience was worry free. Items arrived in a timely fashion. The box of the items were damaged and item was damaged which was a serious concern ordering from China. I asked this ahead of time before ordering and seller reassured me. Communication was always timely and reassuring. Janie offered either to replace the item or refund. I received my refund almost immediately. Would highly recommend the seller for an excellent service and professionalism.

  As described, new in box, This item was for my husband. The item fits husband's Legend/Umerex BB gun well. Husband is very happy with purchase. Seller communicated Provided tracking quickly and continue to communicate very well. *( Originally thought item would arrive on tuesday however arrived on saturday but you cannot blame seller or anyone else other than the snail mail for the arrival)
