Unfortunately, it arrived with a few small stains, but when I reached out to let her know, she responded almost immediately and issued me a credit to take the item to the dry cleaners. I very much appreciated her kind response, lack of defensiveness and promptness in resolving the issue (you never know what you will get when there is an issue!). I would certainly purchase from her again in the future.

  This product shipped quickly and arrived within the specified time range. Came in good condition and exactly as described. The packaging was safe and appropriate. I will have to get the item tailored due to being slightly too big, but it's high quality and looks like it will hold up well for a long time.
